the exterior isn't horrible, but the interior is awful. It looks like every time they had a material / fixture choice, they picked the one with the lowest price tag. Polished concrete floors - drywall walls, simple doors and fixtures, exposed concrete support columns, basic concrete block hallways. The only flourish is those red slat ceilings, and even then, it's not much.
