Is Imperial completely vacating the premises or will there be a small workforce remaining, and if so, how much space would they need to retain?
 
My only picture from working in the IOL campus back in the day. That tornado did touch down and I believe damaged some buildings sw of Calgary.

From what was mentioned from Bkha, there will be some workers retained as contractors, and some executives retained but working remotely. From the article, though, sounds like they are completely vacating.
 
I really like this from a cyclist point of view having the wider turns at the offramps near the LRT station. My only gripe and it's minor is the 80ish degree turn on the section over the river. I'd prefer it to be more of a wider turn. That's strictly my cyclist point of view.

Speaking of Bridgeland, I stumbled upon a little market there last week. Noticing this park is almost always busy and has beautiful skyline views. Calgary is developing quite nicely on all sides around the core - maybe one of the only Canadian cities to do so as the big 3 are mostly coastline on one side and the prairie cities with rivers running through have many gaps/under developed in many areas.

Given the excellent width I think it's reasonable to have a 'slow down' turn to keep it from becoming a race track. Tight 180s are painful; this looks about perfect to me to encourage appropriate speed

DP2025-00256 - Dashmesh Cultural Centre Social Housing, in Martindale. 5 storeys, 19.2 m, 28 units:

Martindale is a surprisingly busy area. On the surface it looks something like Beddington, but the sidewalks are busier and street parking is at a premium. It makes me think that people are living 4-10 adults to a house.
