Doesn't look like it, most of the floors are available. It's probably tough to attract smaller tenants when so much of the building is empty, there's just a lack of amenities and services and it's location isn't the most central.

The company I work for took care of the garden (which was gutted) and the new trees should be in by September I believe.

200-acre site, 5,700 units... is this BOSA's central parcel?
We knew about the other 99-unit one where they did the announcement awhile back it is going in here.

The article mentions two other Currie sites. They're here. One is a empty field across the street from the 99-unit building, the other is a parking lot just east of the empty field.
