I like this one. I think its underrated here. Must be due to the fact its on a side street.

Looks like a nice addition to the skyline. Street level looks a little strange and not incredibly inviting with grey paint and strange grey blocks protruding just below the brick.

P.S. Maybe if University Plaza's concrete elements were cream coloured instead it wouldn't look so bad.
