Wow, cool. They must have determined that it is worth their while in larger centres. When our daughter had her collision and was still under us (and we were with TD) we were just given the name of I think two body shops to pick from.

TD Insurance has annoyed me over the years. We were with them for a number of years then we bought an old farmhouse with a wood cookstove and they flatly refused to write a policy, so we shopped. A few years ago I came back but after the first year the home premium went up 40%, so I shopped again. I am still with them for the bike because the rates have been stable and there aren't that many companies that write bikes anymore.
I was rear ended on the highway a couple months ago and am with TD. I had talked to the police then two tow trucks showed up. The tow trucks said the police had sent them over, and 'showed' their call history that had a number 9-1-1 on it (pretty sure it was one of his buddies just saved as 9-1-1). I knew about all these problems and knew not to go with them...

TD insurance wasn't great... was on hold for 2 hours which wasn't great. Car was driveable so didn't need a tow and could put it through the app. I however, could not speak higher of their branded Collison shop. They put it right beside a rental car company, and were very professional with constant telephone and email updates. They called a week after we received our car for a survey about the experience... my only complaint was the wait on the TD insurance phone line - and if I had needed a tow truck it would've been a problem. But the Collison centers were great
