Renderings of the new design via recently submitted SPA drawings, and more details on landscaping for the open space on the Rosehill side. @AlexBozikovic will appreciate the amount of seating here.

- Height decreased from 172.3 to 167.9m
- Total residential units increased from 699 to 706
- Total vehicular parking decreased from 154 to 153
- Total bicycle parking increased from 770 to 779
