Grade at last. This was a super deep excavation, so I'm not surprised. But still--it's been a while.

Now that the project has surfaced at street level, I'm expecting they'll be able to speed forward and cap the tower(s) off in a year from now. Huge and positive change to a long desolate stretch of the street.
