Metro will be expanding into the existing LCBO with the space of much smaller units fully consolidated will create a new LCBO. Jump+ will be moving into the new space soon on the other side of this level. With RBC taking over the northern side of the property facing Yonge St. Many retailers have moved/ left including Freedom Mobile and Micheal Hill Jewelry.

Gotta love the lessor grift.

Average Household Income of $260k (within a 3km radius), huh? I used to work for Cushman Wakefield regularly putting together marketing material like this. That Average Household Income has no bearing on who actually shops in the area, and arbitrarily gets shrunk or expanded depending entirely on what income levels can be included. In this case, 3km covers places like the Bridal Path, Rosedale and Forest Hill, let alone about 60% of uptown.

Man, it's so hard to get around the Winners, Pickle Barrel and Metro there without bumping into all the bulging Hermès bags overflowing with cash. *smh*

The Metro is super cramped in there so an expansion would be helpful and create a bit more competition. LCBO already has a location just to the east (by the Loblaws).
