The database has been updated to reflect the latest SPA submission. No major changes from the MV, although total proposed vehicular parking has increased from 0 to 1 (short term / PUDO space).

Yeah, that was distracting...in an ink jet printer running out of ink kind of way. >.<
 

Minor Variance application with the following proposed changes:
  • Storey count increased from 49 to 50 (height remains unchanged at 167.5m)
  • Total condo units decreased from 349 to 342
  • Total bicycle parking decreased from 384 to 376
