No question that this building has changed its appearance numerous times-it has and the architects leading the design; Stantec are primarily to blame. There is very little in the way of sound design judgement at that office and when they have a good idea it usually is poopooed by a higher up. They had numerous opportunities with the facade and basically blew it every time, and this is their cheap recourse-a dull and staid approach, oh so typical of their work. Funny enough, this was maybe their second iteration on cost reduction detailing..yeesh, it don't say much for dem now does it!
