I'm curious on what's up with the seemingly stagnated townhomes. Looks like some concrete forms in place, potentially foundational. But any further work and equipment looks to have vacated.
 
Shame. But this site really missed the boat. A more competent developer likely would've gotten something built during more boom times. Perhaps a chance for more density when someone buys the site and makes new plans or for next cycle.
