If would be great if someone were able to shoot from somewhere like the Bathurst bridge to get an overall view of West Condos, we don't really have finished overall building shots yet, and the year-end poll is coming up!

I was in the Niagara Street Neighbourhood yesterday and wondering about this building - The Essery. Not any work going on that I could see, but perhaps interiors? Interesting building, live website, nice neighbourhood.

I'd imagine that sales for the Essery portion to have remained slow and insufficient to proceed with substantial work.

The noise in this area is horrendous. Stackts market.. the bicycle party bus ( worst offender) , concerts at fort york, Nobody would buy here if they spent a few evenings in the area on the weekends.

People should know Stackt market is operating without a noise permit.. Call 311 and complain ( amplified music) . Call your councillor.
