Hopefully, Tridel had a similar issue in Westerly I believe and converted a lot of it to an apartment building. Same with Menkes at 4800 Yonge. I hope they just don't build it though, there is already enough supply and density in the area.

They will surely complete the project, maybe Tower 3 will have a different element, maybe rental focused but for Tower 2, I believe they have sold and are still selling units plus the ground work is already completed, they would just need to start building
