Thanks for these excellent detailed pictures! Does anyone know if they'll still be done with the first phase by February? Looks like there's a still a lot to be done and we're approaching winter.

Commercial space at the corner occupies almost a third of the building. Massive by Etobicoke standards.

I believe it's planned to be a small grocery store from what I remember to serve all the residents in this complex. Not like the Loblaws isn't far though.

New traffic light install on the East Mall for all the cars trying to get onto it from not only this development, but the plan one to the south. Really going to backup traffic trying to get onto the 427

I see they have place a walkway bridge between the 2 small towers

Fairly good massing, it appears a bit of thought has gone into the towers aesthetics and the brick paneling is a nice touch. I would say a reasonably well executed development for suburbia.

Another batch of owners were schedule to have a PDI done today that would join the other ones who have already moved in. The 3 east towers are seeing new owners at this time.

They have backfill the area to the north first phase to allow both sites to be connected by the road that stop at the townhouse in the first phase.
