I spoke with Raj, she said letters are being sent out. And that I should get something on my email, Monday. Its Tuesday nothing has come. Its confusing how something as simple as sending emails become so complicated. You just never can know!

Can they compel buyers to comply with their terms? Something tells me that might be their next move. Otherwise, why are they still talking of sending letters. What have they not already exposed? We will see...

If you are one of the buyers with an updated APS then you can try negotiate terms with them when tou receive the letter o just walk away with your deposit, they cannot compel you with an updated APS
