They can amend to whatever they want 1m idgaf. Just give deposits back greedy fucks.
They are definitely worst than Vandyk.I know me too.. seeing how dealing in hearing, just need my cash.. they look worst than Vandyk..
The KSV lawyer distinctly said "If the home buyer wish to not proceed with the amended APS, they can make a claim through Tarion as we do not have the deposits"I sent meg email askin about deposits n srlaw told me deposits was moved to ksv n also stated in previous motion
According to Google, up to 6 months....but I have a feeling it could be longerAnyone have an idea how long the process takes with Tarion?
Do you remember who said this? Was it one of these three? The KSV lawyer distinctly said "If the home buyer wish to not proceed with the amended APS, they can make a claim through Tarion as we do not have the deposits"
So it's either 1 of 2 scenarios:
1) The lawyer lied to the judge
2) KSV already spent the money
Strange no mention of Trisura ??According to Google, up to 6 months....but I have a feeling it could be longer

For sure taking money then. That’s -8k gone. Can’t even chargeback since it’s been almost 2 years…
Can you explain what bumping the unit price will do?Probably. To protect the upgrade deposit you need a clever amendment during the 10 day AP&S review which bumps the unit price/initial deposit, and builds in a certain value of included upgrades. Of course, this may be before even the developer knows what upgrades might be made available.
Of course, this trick still only works if the developer rep agrees and the new deposit fits within Tarion's coverage limits.
