Yesterday...there's something about this complex and podium in particular that feel a little dystopian or, almost neo-brutalist, but that's not an apt descriptor in my view of the presence of these buildings, alongside 100 Broadway.

Does anyone have a date/month on occupancy and closing for the two towers? Does anyone know if the builder still has units on hand (especially with the additional floors that were added after)

I received an email about a week ago with a new tentative occupancy date of August 4, 2025. I believe they still have units available.
