I took these today while geocaching, I'm uploading these chronologically, starting from when I was making a visit to a historic cemetery, followed by a trip to the woods,

it looks like they are almost done with the crane on the other tower i wonder if they will simply move that one over

You appear to be right.
They are dismantling the crane but leaving the pieces on the roadway (road is closed today), likely to erect on the site of the next tower.
