Update: And before I completely forget, the crane appears to be being taken down here yesterday.
@interchange42 here is a photo from this morning as they were taking down the crane shaft:

The cladding is beautiful. However, the panels on the windows seem like a missed opportunity for some pops of colour.

The quality of the cladding itself does seem to be quality/appealing.

I will maintain my objection to assorted non-standard window sizes which I find jarring and lacking in design coherence.

But lets write that off as a matter of personal preference.

However, I can once again see the seams between the cladding panels...........which I hate................and even worse, they don't line up. Gah!

I appreciate the alternate brick pattern at the roof line, creating a 'coda' of sorts similar to a cornice.

I wouldn't have minded seeing a bit more detailing around the windows, maybe in a similar fashion.

I was here......err, there, yesterday, July 3rd, 2025:

Note the stone cladding on the ground level fronting Devonshire:

I think UT'ers must all be on three-day weekends for the summer.

I expected a much larger flurry of comments on the cladding for the Academic Wood Tower up the street by now.
