I saw the same post on Reddit, and people were saying leases were still being offered, but on short terms. A new cannabis shop just opened here like 2 weeks ago.

Yes 2 new businesses within weeks of each other but they must be short term maybe just testing the waters? Both establishments look very minimal inside so just just very basic quick setup and open vibes.
