"Bringing this forward..."

You are telling me I can walk from the Well (or UnderConcord if it ever get going), into the Stack Market, through the Yard and the Destructor, to go to Garrison Point into Liberty Village?

That seems cool. I don't even ever want to go to Liberty Village but I might actually do that now just for this :)

You are going to see a flurry of BLD Permit submissions at various levels of completion at the end of March to avoid the new Building Code Changes around increased Earthquake Parameters and a major increase in concrete quantities for columns etc.. This does not mean plans are significantly advanced or happening, but made to grandfather the projects and save millions in concrete quantities. I do not know if this is part of that group but its a great milestone nonetheless.

Do you think they're actually going forward now, PE, or this just what YIMBY suggested concerning avoiding certain standards/obligations?
The seismic requirements are big and grandfathering your app is important, but Woodborne (as opposed to TAS) actually does want real movement here too. I suspect it's a bit of both, really.

SPA Resubmission affirming the Minor Variances with some additional minor revisions

All necessary construction permits for Building C (the 31-storey) have been submitted and undergoing examination processes. Geothermal and soil remediation permits also remain pending.
