From the back, it looks like an institutional building like a high school or a university faculty building. But the front and side look nice.

Occupancy has started, but still lots of work to be done (landscaping, exterior final touches) to be called complete. Photos from today:

This one is complete now, with occupancy well under way and landscaping done. There is still some construction equipment, but it seems most of it was for taking down fencing and landscaping, which is now complete. So they will probably be removed in the coming week. Photos from today:
