Although there could be some truth that sales here are going better than some other projects in the city, they can also be boosting the optimism to further drum up the market sentiment here. I think it could be a bit of both.

Demolition permits remain pending for all four structures at 805, 807, 811 & 813 Glencairn. No other permits submitted yet.

An increase in vehicle parking is definitely the wrong direction. And that's not a marginal change either. Very disappointing.
