The new rendering is updated in the database. There is project information updated in the database. The total building storey count changed from 40 storeys to 38 storeys. The total height changed from 132.89m to 125.03m. Finally, the total unit count changed from 443 units to 451 units.

Ummm. 61 condos are over 9,000ft2? That's a lot of High Net Worth purchasers for a G+C building. LOL

  • Total residential units increased from 450 to 536
  • Total vehicular parking decreased from 230 to 159
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 338 to 403
