The condo management company sent out a letter about deficiencies a week ago and mistakenly sent me one (my Block isn't ready yet). So surely some people have already moved in. I'd be interested if anyone can share what their "occupancy rent" is. The communication from the developer is pretty bad IMHO.

They have also just issued another Notice of Delayed Tentative Occupancy from September 30th to October 15th. This is after having given a firm occupancy date, and so this is now the second reversion back to tentative delayed occupancy since September 3rd.

Hi,
When is your original firm occupancy date and have you gotten any further information about move in ?
I got info that building C is occupied now. Next is A.
 
I am in building B. My final firm occupancy date is 10/28 but it seems they may be delayed

I'm building A.

Original firm Occupancy was Sep 2. Got pushed back to Sep 29, Oct 15 and now Oct 29. I think they need to provided at least 10 days notice if they are changing the date (other than exceptional circumstances) so it looks like Oct 29 might actually be the date for Block A.

Have not received any information regarding occupancy fees yet, but occupancy signing date with my lawyer is next week. Maybe someone that has moved in already in Block C might have info about that.

My date was also October 28. Building B. Last week I received notification that it's been moved to Jan 25. Did you get pushed out as well?

I am in Block A. Original Firm Occupancy was September 3rd, have received at least 3-4 pushbacks now and new Tentative Occupancy is now November 19th.

So they actually set occupancy closing date? My lawyer hasn't received anything and they pushed occupancy back to November 19th. Wish someone in Block C would chime in and let us know what their occupancy fees were :(
 
For those wondering about Occupancy Fees, we got our amount this week since our Occupancy is Oct 29. Monthly fees for us will be just over $5,100 (not including utilities). We do have one of the larger units (~1,500 sqft). Hopefully final closing won't be too long, as those fees are spicy!

Did they state what maintenance per square foot was? When we bought it was quoted at $0.24/sq ft. I imagine it's not that anymore, lol. My sister bought the same time as me and hers went from $0.38/sq ft to $0.50/ sq ft upon occupancy. Is there any breakdown at all or they just give you a number?
