Walked past here today no equipment no work going on Just one big hole reminds me of Collingwood when we tried to put up our first six story and that is funny

The reason why the site was left abandoned for a year because of the company, La Pue, didn't pay the demand of payment. In October 2023, the site was sold to an another company, Lakeshore Luxe Design & Build Group. In June 2024, the transaction was approved the court of Ontario

Another reason I heard is that the company was filed for bankruptcy. You can check out this video
