The huge roof on the 5th floor could have been a really nice outdoor amenity space (outdoor garden and BBQs), but from the renderings it looks like one big green roof with a unit fronting it with a small terrace space. It seems like a waste and a missed opportunity.

Yummy...Gus Tacos.
This building leaves much to be desired from a design and aesthetic standpoint. Curious to see how it rents up vs TAS project around the corner.

@Paclo or @interchange42 might want to change the thread title - this is pure G+C. TACT hasn't been involved here in years.
 
This building is plain, but I don't dislike it. I find it a lot more coherent and competent than the new Diamond rentals along Lansdowne.
