Any Ideas for what to do with the Basin? I believe its a shared responsibility between the City/parks and pacific reach.

The concrete should be fixed and that's a City responsibility (PFR) or so I was told. Then someone (City or PortsTO) needs to try to keep the flotsam & jetsam out of the basin or collect it when it does.
 
This came out nice and tidy, and the new extension blends in quite well. Very Toronto grey unfortunately.

Not sure if it’s possible but it’s be really cool if they could add extend into the basin with wide steps so they could have dining on the north end. Maybe add a water feature to keep the water moving
