I don't know if this been posted, but this project is going to the CoA on Sept 9 at 2 pm to have this building change to Mix Use.

Took a number of shots today, but will be a few days before I get them on line, along with 21 sites shots as well.

The one benefit of these rental buildings going up is the whole process is much quicker than condos.

yeah, I doubt the required preselling of condos has been a cause of any delays for 99% of the developments. Rental is definitely harder to pull off unless you're a massive pension fund like BCIMC.
