That's primarily why I don't believe this is the location. The City is allowing more storeys on the property to the south, however, owing to an OMB decision. If it is the property to the south, then HPA are not currently involved.

There hasn't been many update since this was apparently approved in May 2013, and now that Angel Development's website is gone, is it safe to assume that this project is dead?
