The thing I like about this project is how they could be sealed up by the time they top off. Has anyone else managed to move this quick? Cherry House was bragging about having occupancy before 2026, but Goode really seems to be beating them to the finish line. Like, they even hand-bricked the podium. How is this rolling so fast? Amazing

Taken 13 January. Looks like 4s to go. I tried (unsuccessfully) to give a sense of how the spaces between these structures is evolving. And it looks like a market of some sort is going to happen on the parking lot to the east!

I’m way too eager for whatever goes in the glass space. Because it looks like it’s going to be an awesome space… that will likely be too expensive to routinely patronize. Personally, I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a McDonald’s play place with slides for wider adults.
