Hi everyone, when do you think a realistic estimate for the occupancy date would be? Our tentative date is in September (lower floor), but we're unsure about what a 'realistic' timeline looks like. Would it be unreasonable to expect it to be ready before January 2026?

I don't think occupancy this September is possible. January 2026 may also be tough. I would personally set expectations for Spring or Summer 2026 at this rate.

Thank you for the reply! I thought it's gonna be delayed due to tarrifs and challenges in material supply... then hoped it would be completed at least before the New Year
