The Spandrelosaur remains asleep...for now.

Looks like a real life SketchUp 3D model!

The townhouses look oddly out of place especially with those faux double hung windows.

These buildings are starting to grow on me. This build is definitely not chic, however, it brings a much needed warmth to architecture in this city, and the heavy black framing is kinda playful.

I am curious to see how that corner develops once the residents for the Diamond move in.

I also hope the management team here includes access to the Davenport Greenway from their property. Would be a huge missed opportunity if they don't.

It was inoffensive before the lame paint job, can probably be sandblasted off, but this is unfixable.
