Every time I see a pic of this building a get so irked that if they just made the bottom of those balconies darker to blend in, this one would have been one of the nicest ones. Now it looks ridiculous.

A rare case of the final product looking better than the render, imo. I was anticipating more spandrel, and the craftsmanship looks a tad batter.
