That looks like there's not enough room for some of those trees to grow much.

Every time I see a pic of this building a get so irked that if they just made the bottom of those balconies darker to blend in, this one would have been one of the nicest ones. Now it looks ridiculous.

A rare case of the final product looking better than the render, imo. I was anticipating more spandrel, and the craftsmanship looks a tad batter.

Crazy to think this thing launched sales in 2017. Imagine waiting 9 friggen years to close..
