7 (!!!) levels of underground parking for a 20 storey building..

Somehow I suspect that may have something to do with the height cut...

Considering Burlington's shifting downtown strategy, I wouldn't be surprised if this includes public parking. Not necessarily city parking, but parking for non-residents.
