...townhouses?
 

If you look at my post from earlier this year, townhomes are a component within the 13s plan.


ie. the tower sits on top of townhomes at grade, as opposed to retail. (you could just say ground-floor condos)...........

For the record, the wording in the Demo permit is odd........I can understand the confusion.

I believe the Eggsmart owner is waiting to run out the lease... they are still open. The fence was erected as they are renovating existing building for sales centre, Not sure if any legal proceedings are taking place and how long the lease had.
 

SPA resubmission with the following changes:
  • Storeys increased from 13 to 14; height up from 49 to 52m
  • Total units increased from 300 to 330
  • Total vehicular parking decreased from 185 to 182
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 233 to 249
  • Retail space has been added
  • Primary architect is now Gold Land Architects and Engineers (previously TAES)
Permits from 2022 remain pending.
