About time! They took away a much needed community park with a promise to replace it with something better, then sat on their behind for months. I don't know if there were behind-the-scene pressures from municipal politicians to restart construction - there should be, as councilors are constantly lamenting the lack of park space downtown. To let Medallion get away with it would be the height of hypocrisy.
