Right place, right time, I guess...
Taken this morning.
They also installed, what looks like, a stainless steel cage on top of each of these. These remind me of a boardwalk. The wooden planks placed across those bars? There are also holes in each of the corners, possibly for fence posts?

They are still sitting on site. No change to them. I did contact the company and simply asked them what these were for, out of curiosity, but never heard back.
