Marketing is live but my understanding is this has not yet officially launched.
I remember seeing some price sheets, and pricing was quite expensive relative to comparable units around the area. Curious if any money transacted yet against those.

A quick glance at permits shows all applied for, but none in place.

The demo permit sits at 'refused', as does 'Drain/Site Service'.

Didn't notice any activity on the permit file in 2024, but didn't look at every permit.

where do you check if their demo permit is approved or not? I would like to keep on top of this

Permits were issued last summer for 135 and 141:

While 137 and 143 are showing as 'issuance pending'.

Which can be generally read as 'permit when you pay for it'.

Holding ones' breath for this could leave them asphyxiated. There are broader infrastructural issues which neither Adi nor the City wish to pay for.

Now there's an adjective form you don't see every day.

Someone's been playing developer's crosswords again. LOL

I noticed that 'theaddisonresidences.com' website is not operating. ('Site is not available') Is the sales office still operating? Wonder if Adi is prepared to walk away from developing this?

The Addison sales office on King Street was only ever open for a few months - it has been closed / gone for a long time now, something approaching two years or more.

This project isn't even featured on Adi's website as far I can tell.

And, they seem to be squarely focused on the Burlington market for now: https://renx.ca/adi-shifting-focus-from-burlington-condos-to-apartments

So, I don't think these are getting built anytime soon, if ever. Though, I wish they'd demolish that row of houses, rather than let them rot and decay in an otherwise nice area.
