Looks to me like the west side of the site has bottomed out. They have piling equipment down in the hole now.

Photo taken Monday Feb 26, give you an idea of the excavation operation here. Each operator is moving dirt up one level with trucks arriving every 4-5 minutes.

It's a big hole certainly difficult to show through photos. I was looking to try to get up to that vantage point where this photo is from, but couldn't figure out how to get over there.
