At what floor will the building clear the two surrounding appartments.

The tallest tower appears to be 21 floors, but the floor heights are certainly different having been built decades ago. I'd expect this to be taller than all surrounding towers by like floor 18

That cladding looks excellent to me. I walked by on Tuesday but couldn't get a good look as it was hidden behind the heritage building. Good to see!

As a whole this building is going to look a lot "whiter" and less "blue glass" than many are expecting, I think.

The cladding I've most recently taken a picture of is certainly high quality and looks great. The podium portion leaves something to be desired imo though.

Same, lots of new people and copious amounts of commercial space. Same with Design District. These larger newer units seem to get some nicer places too and a few necessity amenities. As someone who lives downtown, I could use more amenities.

I'll walk by maybe later this week on a work break and see if I can get some additional photos of the cladding. It seems aggressive to be putting up cladding while the tower is only ⅓ done. Vrancor for example didn't start putting up cladding until it was largely done the tower portion.

The cladding actually looks pretty nice close up.

It varies for every project. Some have the cladding follow as closely as two floors behind; others will have the tower top out before cladding it.
