Definitely a bit off the beaten path, unless you live around that area or frequent it. Kokyo are on Ubereats though, and should be available within a reasonable distance.

Short building is great, tall building looks like a generic toronto condo on 3 sides and first canadian place lite on the non balcony side

The taller building is a "background" building in some ways but at least it's executed decently. I'm positive on the overall development.
