Those decorative balcony members with the white protective film still on looks pretty nice.
I am concerned after the film is removed the black would not be as noticeable, but it is a hard call as the white windowing coverings would help in creating more contrast with this design feature.

I said I was not the biggest fan of Tableau (when compared to QRC and Picasso) but I really like this vantage point! The building looks excellent from this view! The white balconies make a world of difference.

Nice, now that we can see the black girding, I think this thing is really coming into its own. It's appeared messy and indistinct so far, and it needs to be broken up. I think this patterning does that.

It's a slab though. I wouldn't want to see a city filled with towers of similar proportions.
