I bet the SXSW ravine urban townhouses is faster and the SXSW condo project is slower

Some of the townhomes are occupied but very much a construction site. Excavation for second set of towers on the way.

Hello. Was wondering if any one would have any update on Tower 3? I bought preconstruction for Tower 3 and i live in the States right now so i can't verify myself and tried to email them no respond.. My documents indicate July 2025 for occupancy. I had a friend that help drove by he told me that he doesn't think July 2025 is going to happen!
 
Separate project pages have been created for each phase of the SXSW plan, this thread can remain for discussion of all phases.

The 2 new cranes seen in @Sergei 's photos above are attributed to the towers of Phase 2 (AKA "Hillmont") which includes Tower 3 at 31-storeys and Tower 4 at 23-storeys, see below:

New plans have also been resubmitted for Building A with a +1 storey boost to 33 & 23-storeys, see below:

How are people already occupying the townhomes? On the site Primont says that they're not even up for sale yet and that it's "coming soon"?
