Yep, I agree. But I think what would have really help define this building, rather then it looking so messy, is less grey and more contrast.

I'm nothing more than a layman, but holy crap that is a wretched looking structure. I already looks messy, dirty, dated, and cheap.

I have to agree, too many lines make it look really messy, although I am happy to lose the parking desert that was here before.
