August 31. The Zum shelter on the south side of Steeles has been removed, and it looks like excavation has started for Phase II.

Great to see density (and something a bit different than grey spandrel) but Steeles is a really bad corridor - it's full of trucks headed to and from the Amazon warehouses to the east, avoiding the 407, where they really should be. The prohibition on pedestrian crossings on the west side of the intersection really needs to be removed too. That's the problem with Peel - they're so focused on moving traffic and goods and providing safe streets.

Today - still excavating materials, and it looks like the pit will include the 40 storey Phase III tower.

Initial occupancy had started. Lots of teething problems. Internet not working in corridors and at access points. Hence smart key is not working and taking extra long. Access to parking , conceierage not programmed yet. Hence no Interest rate charged is almost 8% but not given basic facilities, essentials, basics needs of a housing.
