Southern-most retail unit is going to be a gelato place (Nani's gelato). I was hoping for a sit down restobar with a patio (to take advantage of those massive sidewalks on confederation) but it's better than your typical barber/salon/dentist lol. View attachment 677674

You need massive sidewalks for this suburban hell hole which encourages dangerous driving which will inevitably make it onto these sidewalks.
