Anyone need a nifty used gallery? I can think of a hundred new homes for this!
 
So is the actual park just an afterthought in this? Wasn't this one of Joe Cressy's parting park projects he proudly claimed as a part of his legacy?

Is there a design for this park or is it just a strip of grass and a few trees?

That's pretty clearly a placeholder rendering. The Parks department will do the design themselves.
 
I know the building isn't anything spectacular, but I'm glad they're incorporating that old brick building. We need to retain as much as that stuff as possible.
