Being nestled within a node away from the major intersection, this is not going to get the same accolade as some of the tall downtown developments. But I find the exterior cladding quality to be very good so far. The window wall in particular is among the best I've seen lately for ongoing projects.

I’m glad the area is shaping up into a proper urban core — not just a built-up major intersection.

Not a whole lot interesting to show in this update from me Thursday this week. I'm seeing slow and steady progress on windows going in and now some balconies too.
