Toronto trying to put together a City...

Finally bringing some life back to the corner, but the strange ground-level choices make for really strange and semi-hidden places for retail signage. That said KK – with the prime corner spot – is already really busy, even in the early evenings.

Several cases of stolen bikes, bike parts, smashed car windows by individuals entering the garage. All this and there are still no cameras installed for safety and security. Heck, there’s even a stolen tangerine bike in the bike storage.

To top it off, the building management has the audacity to ask for a ‘bike storage maintenance fee’. The bike room is dusty and hardly maintained or even attended to by the management.

Does anyone have any leads on whether they’ll be installing cameras anytime soon?

Thats what you get for having First Service Residential/Crossbridge manage this building for a mediocre developer. Have you seen the Lobby?

Please go talk to the building property manager directly. The guy is pretty reasonable if you voice your concerns with him, because stolen bike is a serious matter and they need to take actions.
if you are renting, let your landlord know so he/she can talk to the manager to have more weight in the voice.

As for the storage maintenance fee...this is a standard charge I'm certain, regardless where you rent.
